North Balgowlah Bathroom Bliss

The North Balgowlah bathroom renovation proves you don’t need a bigger footprint to create a more generous experience. The owners of this contemporary family home in North Balgowlah engaged us to renovate their ensuite and teenage boys’ bathrooms.

With the existing footprint, openings and floor tiles all to remain, the brief called for more than a straightforward fixtures and finishes refresh. They clients’ brief called for generous storage, better lighting and ventilation and a sense of spatial ease - without moving any walls.

Guided by polished practicality, we introduced custom vanities and recessed shaving cabinets for abundant, streamlined storage (including a discreet laundry basket- a small detail with big impact), and designed layered lighting for soft ambience as well as confident, everyday grooming. The palette pairs warm natural oak with steel blue penny tiles for a playful touch, and a softly patterned wall tile for a calmly tailored and quietly distinctive result.
